I currently have 102% power pip chance. I was wondering if I should keep going up or should I just keep it at that and get other stats. Some people were saying you could get a regular pip at 100%+ still but I haven't received one since CL (In Drum Jungle in ZF)

I have never seen it happen with over 100%. 100% resist doesn't give immunity, only 101+ does, so it's possible that 100% exactly acts the same way with a small chance of a regular pip. When I dress for pips I usually have 101-104 though and I've never gotten a white pip except from being given pips by or stealing a pip as a spell effect.
