Waterworks: Drop Rates Decreased?

Hello,

I was just dropping by to ask if anyone has had trouble getting their hands on the Hoods in Waterworks lately? I have done the dungeon multiple times over and over and have yet to see it anywhere.

Interesting. I finished Waterworks a little while back, but I don't think I ever got gear from it. I think I got reagents?

First the hat drop only from luska chamberlain
the robe and boot from sylster glowstorm

i didn't try since the fall update but i got him after more than 25 run so ye he drop it but hard to get.
