Have you tried moving your cursor over the picture by the talent it will tell you what that talent does. If you still don't understand I prefer bringing your question into more detail. It probably refers to a bonus added to your outgoing heals, so anything you heal will receive 1% extra added. For example, if you use a +420 fairy card on a friend, that friend will get +424 health instead. If you continue to train that pet, it will become a bigger bonus.
