Trying to purchase

I would like to purchase Harrowing Nightmare and Nightmare Packs but when I try to press "buy". It says I can not purchase either of them because I "do not have enough space for these regents". I tried to sell and/or destroy most all of the regents I have. Not sure what I need to do to be able to purchase these packs. Thanks for any help!

Hi Victoria,

Make sure that you backpack isn't full and that you don't have 99 of any one type of reagent.

I think there's a typo, it should be 999 instead of 99.
