I don't know where to put this topic. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else. But I bought a whole bunch of Treasure Cards at the Bazzar and when I am in battle and get enough pips. I am not able to even use them. Why is that?

Might seem like a dumb question but... did you remember to load them into the side-board in your spell book?
Power pips only count as 2 pips for your school and mastery, meaning that for any off-school you have a max of 7 pips. Any spell using 8+ pips can only ever be cast by a wizard from that school or one wearing a mastery amulet.
