I was wondering if kingsisle is still accepting transferring characters. I plan on transferring characters someday in the future. Also I keep on wondering about accounts being reported. For example if I want to transfer characters but one of my account has a report (like kingsisle send me a warning email) does that mean I cannot transfer characters anymore? I know both account need 1 year membership and must be linked.
