The stone of Mazzaroth

I was doing the original quest from Halstrom Balestrom which requires the search for the Stone of Mazzaroth to decipher the code message that was received no the harmoniogram . After i had defeated the shadow-weavers and the coward vesna forked over the stone tablet, i noticed, this inscription on it: "sphinx of the black quartz judge my vow."

What does this mean? i t certainly had nothing to do with the translation of that messages Plunkett sent!

Professor Falmea/Ggreyrose, anyone, could you please shed some light on this?

It gives all 26 letters of the alphabet in 3-4 different languages on the Stone of Mazaroth. It is their version of the Rosetta Stone. That is the purpose of the message. Translating into letters.
