Sword and Shield Wands

Hi. I received a wand "Sword and Shield of Vigor" (Level 98+). I'm not sure where I got it, and I can't find anything about it online. Does anyone know where Sword and Shield Wands are dropped? I'm looking for a balance one but I have no idea where to look. Thanks.

It's dropped by Morganthe sometimes upon death.

It's showing as a dropped item on wiki:

*edit* Sorry, I gave you the wrong one.

This is for the "Sword and Shield of Vigor". All that I could find was that it is dropped by Santa Muerte in Krysalis:

Hi again. I tried to fix my first reply, but I'm not sure it went through.

I gave you the wrong link. All that I could find for the Sword and Shield of Vigor is here:

This shows it as a drop from Santa Muerte in Khrysalis, but there isn't any more info on it.
