Today, I was playing on my other account. And when I was finished with a battle I seen the "Upgrade Me" in the top left corner. I remember that I never cancelled it. We have a family account and I don't know what to do. Please help.

More than likely, your subscription has expired and did not automatically renew. My did this as well when it expired. You will have to renew it.

If you think it was cancelled in error, contact KI tech support and have them investigate, but I am sure that it just didn't auto renew.
