Speaking of Henchmen

I am Level 61 and a member, why is it locked when I try to purchase a henchman of any level?

Henchmen can only be purchased when it is your turn in a duel.
If you don't have enough Crowns, if you're outside of a duel, if it is not your turn, or if all the sigils in your battle circle are occupied, you cannot purchase a Henchman.
