Would it be possible to add a Socket Wrench bundle (1 type of each wrench) to the Crowns shop?
As the ability to unlock all the sockets on an item typically costs from 45C to 175C, I would think that 500-800C would be a reasonable price for such a bundle. Or maybe add them to Rockhammer's Jewel Pack or something?
I feel bad for players that don't have access to crowns and are running around in the higher world (Khrysalis and above) with items that have no jewels socketed because they have never had a wrench drop, and would have hapilly gifted them a Socket Wrench bundle if one was available.
