I am really confused. I was level 95 wizard still in Azteca. Someone took me to Khrysalis and I completed the crafting quests there. They also took me to Azealia the Armsmaster and I obtained the recipes for Shadow Forged Weapons. I had not even been in Khrysalis questing yet as I had not even finished Azteca yet. I did not think you could see Azealia the Armsmaster until you did some special quests in Khrysalis? I don't know how I was able to see him and obtain the recipe and craft the wands. No one else I know can see him, that have not did a special quest in Khrysalis. Does anyone know how this is possible that I did in fact see him and craft the wand even before I was allowed to quest in Khrysalis I am stumped on this one
