If I enter the one shot dungeon, but am unable to complete it, will i be able to re-enter it? say i log out in between so i am not able to use dungeon recall.

Once you enter it, there's no backing out or you'll loss the dungeon even if you sign off. However if you flee from battle, you can return to it only by dungeon recall. So you want to make sure you have the time to finish it.
