Potent Trap and Sharpened Blade

Hi everyone!

I am level 92 and currently questing in Khrysalis. But I feel like i am supposed to have Potent Trap and Sharpened Blade. Where do I get them and how? Someone told me it was in Azteca, but where in Azteca and who do i talk to so I can get it?

At Level 84 you get a Star School Quest from Pacal Redmask in the Zacola.

You fight a Myth boss and 2 Fire minions.

At Level 86, you get the Sun School Quest from the same guy

You fight a Fire Boss and 2 Fire minions.

The sun school will unlock the Potent and sharpens
