Pioneer mount! [HELP]

I have had my account forever, and I have yet to receive the pioneer mount, I see a few players on it.
I believe I met the qualifications, and am confused on how to receive it.

It was only available for Wizard101's 5th birthday. They are not bringing it back, no exceptions whatsoever. Sorry.

It was a promotion and you had to have logged in during that week to have received it. Sorry! You may get another opportunity in the future.
