Curious about some of the pack combos like Witches’ and Pharaoh’s Hoard Pack. Are these gone forever, will they be seasonal, or periodic and sporadic?

It depends on the pack, but some may be exclusive to a specific time period, while others are going to be seasonal or periodic in some other way.
