when i was doing the crimson field dungeon i noticed that i got 0 xp for everything and its weird

The first time you complete a Dungeon, you receive 100% of the experience for the quests in that Dungeon.

The second time you complete that same Dungeon you receive 50% of the experience for the quests in that Dungeon.

From then on, any more times you complete that same Dungeon you will not receive any experience from the quests in that Dungeon.
