new question...down on colossus blvd i saw...

i went to get a spell from the secret shop on Colossus Blvd today and saw a big blue IceBird flapping and hovering in the air in the square by Mindy PixieCrown.

this is the first time i have seen this bird.

is there a new quest or errand attached to it?

Yes, as mentioned it's an Ice School spell quest. Keep your eyes open and you'll see those all over WC. There is even one with ninja pigs!
