I'm not entirely sure what your question is... You got a Life school spell quest that requires you to go to Mooshu and fight the Plague Oni right? Well after you complete the quest you get a new spell. It is not connected to the Quest line in Mooshu, other than it happens in Mooshu and you may have to battle the Plague Oni more than once.
