I am level 35 balance student and I am missing a spell that is not in my school. Mr. Lincoln told me about it but i missed where he told me to go to get it. If anyone can help that would be very much appreciated. I feel dumb for missing but I wanna know what it is. Thanks
You should have a quest to go see Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town. If you don't have that quest, then you haven't done enough of Grizzleheim. Shortly after you've started Mirkholm Keep (the third area of Grizzleheim), go back and see Mr. Goldpaws.
