Membership Problems

I have a problem where a family member bought a Membership to play with my credit (not through paypal) and now everytime i try to buy a membership for my own account (try for both paypal, and throught Debit Card) to play it says current charges which is normal, but then there is Pending charges and it shows my family members purchase. Then I checked my payment history on my credit card and everytime there is a purchase decline it charges 0.50 and it still takes money out of my account for my family members purchase. please help me figure this out cause i wanna play the game but right now the game having problems preventing me from playing.
