Not if they're on the same account...because you can only use one wizard at a time. If your wanting to friend them to maybe trade treasure cards you have to create another account and use that to trade them back and forth.
I doubt it's possible, simply because you can't log in to the same account twice (even on separate computers). The only way I could see it working is if you have two separate accounts, then all you'd have to do is log in to both of the accounts, make sure you are in the same realm on each, and then go to the same location (ex: Zeke in Wizard City, or the Bazaar, or where ever).
Are they on separate accounts? If not, then you cannot. It wouldn't be too purposeful if it was on the same account anyways, since you wouldn't be able to help yourself.
