Spells drop as rewards from the fight. You can get a spell from any school. They are VERY rare though, so it might take a while to get the ones you want. I suggest finding a group and working out a fast battle plan so you can farm efficiently.

Nope, the spells are not limited to your school. My necromancer has gotten Catalan and Keeper of the Flame from Loremaster, and neither of those are death.
Does the loremaster drop spells or is it only in the loremasters chest? And can u only get spells from ur own school
