The +10% Damage from Sky Iron Hasta will help you more consistently than the ~6% Crit and Block from Lifeforce Blade in my opinion. I would go for Sky Iron Hasta.
If you are using a Life amulet to heal yourself with Satyr, use the Lifeforce Blade. It'll get rid of dispels. At your level, I doubt you really need added hit power from a wand anyway. I assume you're using Waterworks gear?
