Both of those are free spells for your school, and you can pick them up from the "Other / Secret Trainers". This link shows all of the spells for your school (from your professor, the Other Trainers, other sources, and from quests):
On that link you can click on any highlighted items for more details (like "who" gives it, or where they are located, etc.). And that fansite has a list like this for all schools.
