so i am a level 83 fire wizard at the time and i just realize like 5 days ago that i haven't got the phoenix and efreet pet quest i don't know if i need to finish the worlds that the quest have to be done in or something else can some one help me with this plz

As much as they are considered optional you must complete Grizzlehiem and Wintertusk to the quest Northern Exposure to get you pets. You may want to see your teacher if you have completed these areas she may have the quest waiting for you.
