I got a "No shatter" gem?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I have received a no shatter morganthe deceit peridot. I have searched the internet regarding what "No shatter" means.. I can't find anything sooo..

Does it mean i can remove it out of gear without it shattering? OR does it mean once i put it into my gear i cant remove it at all??

If it's the triangle jewel, and it's the Morganthe spell, then YES, you can take it off without shattering it.
