I am a level 21 balance wizard so I have already gotten the helpful mander minion but I remember when I reached level 18 and Arthur Weatherfeild sent me to the teleporter on triton avenue and this tree lady appeared and said she was my minion but I haven't gotten the spell to use her yet. I was just wondering when and how i would get the spell to summon her. PLEASE HELP!!!

She is not your minion. She was A minion to talk to in order to earn a different spell.
