Housing game Kiosk

So i really want to put a housing game kiosk in my castle. but i dont know where to get it. Which store do i buy it from? Or is there a quest that i earn it from?

The crowns store... all the kiosks are there.

The furniture dealer in Abbey Road in Avalon sells the recipes for the housing games if you are into crafting.
