Does anyone know how to learn Hex Spell? Even if you're not a Balance wizard? I have seen some people say the got theirs from a pack, just forgot which one, please help
Only Balance Wizards can learn this spell, you can not learn it from any hoard packs, you can however purchase the treasure card version of it, perhaps this is what they meant?
