Hi Kingsisle I'm curious about the new hall monitor feature. What must those few selected do to become one? Can new ones still be made after the update had been added. Or is it only given to ones closest to kingsisle, such as the ones who work for the central?

You will find the following statement in the Updates regarding Hall Monitors. It appears that KI already has selected or is in the process of selecting Hall Monitors.
These Hall Monitors, who are selected by invitation only.
This is not something you can apply for. KI is or already has selected the "Hall Monitors".
The following statement is also in the update notes. Hall Monitors are "anonymous". Even if they are one, they are not allowed to say so.
anyone claiming to be a Hall Monitor is certainly not one at all
