Gurtok Piercer, Is he Death or Ice?

For me, Gurtok Piercer shows up as ice type, but fire attacks only do regular damage on him and he uses death swords and traps with life shields.

he's like devora shadowcrown except it says she's myth but really they're both death.

The latest Patch notes say that his deck has been switched to Ice now to match his label. Hopefully his resist has been corrected too.
