Which one is more better? Goat monk or luminous weaver? Please tell me your suggestions!

Weaver is definitely better for PvP. I wish several of my characters had it! The weakness is awesome for PvP (and for boss fights if you're not into PvP) Goat monk may do more straight up damage, but the weakness is more important for me.

At lower levels I'd agree that Weaver is better, however with high level gear, the damage and critical boosts, make colossal Goat Monk a really quick killer.

For pvp, weaver is definitely better. As for pve, both are good.
