Whatever i receive from quests and battles always end up in my bank. Can anyone help me, i want the things i receive to end up in my backpack, plus my backpack doesn't have anything in it, is this a glitch? please help me.

is your backpack full of seeds? This is usually the culprit as seeds do NOT stack like reagents and pet food

Nope, it just means that your backpack is full.
If your backpack is full, any rewards you receive will go directly to your bank; once your bank fills up as well, you will no longer receive rewards from questing.
You need to fix this yourself by selling items at vendors or the bazaar.
When you look in your backpack, look in the upper right corner. There will be a triangle pointing towards the right. Click that and it will show you your housing items. That could be what has your backpack full. You will need to put those items in a dorm room, a house, an attic or sell what you don't want. Or you can put them in the shared bank for another wizard to use. To access the attic: While in your house or dorm room push the letter H and the housing bar will open up at the bottom of your screen. At the right of that bar you can see a circle that has a round window in it from a brown wooden siding. Click that and that will take you to a screen that sort of looks like your bank screen. It will allow you to put items into your attic. Click the Backpack tab then when you have an item selected, click the 'Move to Attic' button. I hope this helps you a lot.
