I have been inside Portico to both of the moon trainers and the one in Celestia Base Camp and it isn't there anymore. The only reason I learned Gobbler and Mander was to get Polymorph Cat Bandit.
I want treant but they don't have that one for me. What is your main school? Mine is life and I'm wondering if that's why I can't have it.
Treant polymorph is from the hidden trainer in stormriven. Bandit is still in game. This link will help locating the trainers throughout Celestia http://www.wizard101central.com/forums/showthread.php?t=113386. One thing to keep in mind you will need to be a certain level to train each.
You may want to find the polymorph master in stormriven to get treant and cat. Remember some of the spell trainers only have a couple of the astral spells, not all until you locate the master trainer later in CL.
