Hi! 100 Of Critical Rating Is Equivalent To How Many Percent?
Hi Alex~ click C on your keyboard and then on your Advanced Stats tab; if you hover over the critical and block ratings with your mouse, it will give you the percentage.
The formula for converting ratings to percentages is fairly simple. For Critical, divide the rating by 4.44. For Block, divide the rating by 3.64. Then round to the nearest whole number. This happens for each piece of gear individually, and then (beyond level 50) the penalty gets applied to that number.
