Whenever I click on wizard101 a message appears that says "unable to launch game. please download and run the wizard101 installer again." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher several times but the message keeps on appearing. I have emailed wizard101 support and they suggested I create a new Windows user account and uninstall and run the game from there. I wondering if there is another way to get the launcher working, that does not require me to make a new windows account.
