For your wand, I recommend exploring either the Immortal's Lore Pack or the Road Warrior's Hoard Pack for a suitable wand. The wands which I'm referring to increases damage along with adding to your critical and block rating at a good rate.
Hat & Robe
Honestly, gear from bosses and dungeons are better that what any of the packs currently offer. Hence I recommend just sticking to your Waterworks Gear for now.
Please explore the Ice Jewel Pack for the best ice jewels.
All other sources of equipment (athames, rings, amulets) will have to come from elsewhere.
