Well, I'm posting this here because I see no General Questions board.
Anyway, my question is: Do the high-level Death Minions get Power Pips on their own? I'm talking 12-pip Death Incarnate high. I saw a picture of a High Rank Death minion with Power Pips, and Sanctuary was active, not Power Play.
So to restate: Do the 12+ pip Death minions have their own Power Pip chance that allows them to get Power Pips?
Yes, higher pip minions do have a chance to get power pips. So far, the Living Scarecrow (7 pips summon) is the earliest minion I've seen to gain a power pip, but it seemed to have a fairly low pip chance. I'm not sure if higher ranked minions have more pip chance.
