So I heard some new jewels drop from Rasputin that have no stats besides a may cast of an aura that gives +10% damage to *enterschool* and +3% universal critical block. for 4 rounds
So I guess by name it would be stronger then a regular aura? NOPE. Well by name it is a jewel for level 100 to 110, mostly 110 right? NOPE 15+.
Maybe buff it (and the minimum level to exalt or higher to make the buff not to broken) as it is pretty lame.
