90 up grade gear

my friend and i have done hades a least 50 are 60 times and can get the good robes she have even one shot and killed all and nothing
why is so hard to get the gear ki need to fix

You have got to work for it! took me around 4 tries to just get the ice hades hat!.

Kyle icehead, ice, level 90.. Keep on freezing, but dont freeze.
