Hate to break it to you but you're list is incorrect lol. All the schools are pretty much balanced other than death and ice I'd say. Death is pretty weak and should be number 7 in your list of top schools. Death needs a boost. I also think ice's super high resist to fire and storm isn't balanced at all and they should just have high global resist instead.
Why do you consider death weak? It has a powerful DoT, decent all enemy spells, great utility spells such as beguile, sacrifice, bad juju, empower, plague and virulent plague, and can get very good stats on its gear. And also, is this 1v1, 2v2, or what? Some schools are better or worse at different forms of pvp, or is this just based on the leaderboard?
