Tonight I've PvPed 3 warlords and won but they get 14 arena tickets and i get four even though i won does anyone know why im getting less even though I won?
It's not really fair, but ticket prizes go up based on your rank. Higher ranks face harder opponents often 20-30 levels higher than them. So a level 90 private fighting a level 60 warlord is going to get less tickets win or lose.

the lower the rank the lower the ticket amount, i have a lvl 100 and he get's 4 arena tickets, but i have a warlord and every round he wins he gets 28 or 23 and every loss is 16 or close to that, it's all a matter of ranking, higher rank means more tickets
