I'm a Fire Wizard, level 62 as of now, and I just started PVP. I keep on being paired up with warlords in ranked matches. I thought PVP matches pairs you up with people who are in your skill level?
Believe me, I feel your pain, though I think if you are going to venture into pvp, you need to get a good dose of reality. There are a lot of very talented wizards out there and the more you fight them, the more you learn as a player. You also have to look at it this way, if you ever intend to become a warlord, you're going to have to defeat some in order to gain your title. PvP is not an easy competition. Though I think there are a lot of things that need to change about PvP to make it fairer and more balanced, fighting warlords is not one of those things. It's frustrating, I know, but honestly, the more you fight, the better you become. Good Luck!
