I checked on some boots and a hat i wanted and it was missing. Is that what's going on now?

Seriously, something happen in the new update I am not aware of. I just got into pvp to earn the gear and since its ONLY for the pvp arena why has it been removed?

um its not gone they just moved it to the first slide when you open up diego's shop
