Unfair ranking

I fought 2 PvP fights against the same guy he was a knight and I was on my private death wizard. He beat me the first time while I was going first and it took 21 points off of my rank. Then we met again (he was going first this time) and I beat him this time. The trade of rank was only 11 points which I think is very very VERY unfair.

what level were you that time? and what level was the other wizard? if he was a higher level, then so not fair, if you were higher, it is fair
