Sun School Shield Enchantments

This is desperately needed right now. A simply extra 10% will not cut it with the ridiculous amount of damage and pierce going around. A 15-20-25% shield enchant at least please. Thanks.

This needed to be added last year. It needs to be added now for sure.

Adding shields that block more than 100% is a bit over the top.
