has anyone been getting match with people in pvp over there level by ten or is it just me.

My wizard at level 12 was frequently against level 20+, now at level 16 she has been set against up to level 32s. Then she loses 25 ranking points because she loses to someone with twice as many cards, the ability to reshuffle and a lot more life.
