It's actually a pretty neat spell cause any spell you cloak is duplicated when you reshuffle so like If yah got one tower in then you cloak and reshuffle then you automatically get a cloaked tower and a normal tower back along with your cloak. Also it's great to throw off the opponent sometimes yah can cloak a shield even if it's not for their school they still Might think that the shield you used is and so they might waste an extra turn trying to find out. Also it's good on weakness sometimes the enemy might think it's a dispel or they might think it's a weakness when it is a dispel. Overall it's a pretty neat spell that can be very effective when used correctly.

Cloak is generally used as a card multiplier. If your opponents are experienced, they'll pretty much know what you cloaked, so it's not even really a secret to them. The utility of the spell comes from Reshuffle. When you get your cards back, all the cloaked ones will be added to your deck, thus giving you the ability to spam for longer periods of time. Players who Cloak-spam generally pack a lot of weaknesses and dispels, and use gear with good resistance.
