The reason that people can hit in the "MANY millions" with tempest is because it can be made into a treasure card and do 100+ per pip. Also Carlos used his in the arena WITHOUT arena gear. Also people can buy two separate crowns potions that can make their damage do over 60% (not including their level 50 storm gear). Carlos didn't have all the blades that people use for tempest either, he also was by himself and he is NOT balance so had no way of making stronger then what he did.

If he were to do this in PvE instead of PvP he would be able to do allot more damage if he bought the two crowns potions one that increases overall damage, and one that increases just fire damage. It would also help to have grandmaster fire gear, so that when he uses the two potions his damage percentage would be over 70%
So as you see, at level 35 with all the things missing, he did pretty well. Don't take that away from him!

No you haven't the highest ice wiz I've ever seen was about 3.500 TOTAL the gear was maybe 800. And for goodness sake use spell check, it's not that hard

Firezilla does more, and you dont have to sacrifice your own health. Fire has the best 4pip spells without a doubt

If it was that strong, how much did you get hurt your self by using immolate. Did it kill you as well or did you defend your self from it. You should have been hurt to your self around maybe 20000.
